I do not argue that China understands their unfaroable location. I just wrote that there is NOTHING they can DO about it. If they understood that, they would not make bone-head maneuvers like trying to control the global supply chain.

This is like trying to win the lottery by buying up all the tickets you can afford. This is LITERALLY what the Chinese did with Rare Earth just recently.
