I think the only solution would be to have 2 phones, one with all the essential shit you need on it and the other, a "Dumb phone". Only use your "Essential phone", when you absolutely have to and your other one, when not. Like if you're going out for the day or something like that and you know you won't need the big hitter, just take dumb fucker👍🏻.
