The problem I've got right now is I can write software at any level of the stack— programming languages, webtech, GUI, graphics programming, I can actually make my own CPUs, not good ones but I can make them— *except* operating systems, that is the one thing I haven't had the chance to learn. And that's the thing I most want to be able to do rapid work on right now because I am desperate to either replace Linux or fork it from just before they adopted this policy https://docs.kernel.org/process/coding-assistants.html
