2026 brought new rules in the EU. Lightning payments at shops now usually KYC you, because the shops use third parties.
Third-party gateways count as VASPs or CASPs or whatever buzzword they made up....
Explain how Cashu Pay Server would help here better than BTCPayServer for example. Clients pay with LN, not nuts and if you want to avoid being a service provider, you won't share that server with others, so why cashu? What's the benefit?
