In Scotland there is a very specific exception* for where the young person (16 or 17) is married or "in an established relationship", their partner can take & keep such photos with the young persons consent. Still can't legally distribute them, etc & wouldn't apply to short term liasons where the sex would be legal but photography wouldn't be.
