But in that case, what's their excuse for getting rid of Adult Continuing Education, all those free or cheap evening classes that used to be run for anyone to take in a vast variety of subject for the love of general learning?
Truth is they are no longer amateur generalists, they are privileged incompetents who don't want anyone else to learn anything but just to grind away in mindless work to generate their profits.

How if you have a history of mental health issues can you be considered as a terrorist? Surely a mens rea is required?

That is a tricky one, because having mental health issues does not preclude one from having mens rea for a crime- and if they are bad enough to do so, that may be grounds for being sectioned for public safety.

In Scotland there is a very specific exception* for where the young person (16 or 17) is married or "in an established relationship", their partner can take & keep such photos with the young persons consent. Still can't legally distribute them, etc & wouldn't apply to short term liasons where the sex would be legal but photography wouldn't be.

While accidents (almost by definition) are to some extent random... the structural causes (from social context to the lived environment) actually skew people's actual propensity to die in an accident....
