You can use silent.link + JMP.chat if you want some extra privacy/security. JMP gives you a VoIP phone number, which makes it harder for authorities to track you physically. The software on your phone is easier to audit than the cellphone towers in your neighborhood..

I have used and liked silent.link, paid for via lightning. As you move between countries you just need to pick the provider with the lowest data cost. There is a page on their site that lists rates for many countries.
