This has been around for ages. Have known about this for prob 20 years. It’s legit. But people definitely change over time and it seems to me to be a reflection of life circumstances. Kids like gifts and then busy people like acts of service. Some people are moved by words, and some people like spending time with others even if they are doing nothing.
