@nprofile1q... Is there a realtor working a sale for the empty house? Contact them for permission/to be on site with you during retrieval.
Or... contact an adjacent neighbor and ask them to help you. Have your story ready as to why you are flying a drone there in the first place. This is all assuming you have your FAA Recreational or Commercial Drone Operators licence - if someone were to ask ;)
