Please excuse the slop, but have you considered potential mitigations for this issue? I thought maybe adding an additional trust layer for "really trusted node", but I suspect that would lead to the same roundabout centralization issue nostr and bluesky have where it becomes more of a defacto centralized service where everyone considers the same node or cluster of nodes to be "authoritative".

Still, a very intriguing idea. More federation interop would be great! I've just recently started dabbling in this sort of network software so please forgive me if my question makes no sense or is stupid!
