It can be a bit frustrating trying to get your heart rate down when you first start running but you will see progress if you stick with it. 1-2 months ago, to keep my avg HR in a range of 130-145bpm...

I really felt that too in the beginning of the year. Q4 last year I was sick bad. But started coming back in the beginning of the year… Dec 28 I did my 10k jog in 1:30, now I’m back and getting into the best shape of my life. This is the same route on a ”bad day” a few days ago…
