I grabbed a drink with a buddy last night, who is taking one (finally sussed that out, as he always refers to them as ‘peptides’), as is his wife.
Both are overweight, but not noticibly in America, 2026.
He prattled on about how it - in combination with some rotation of pills/supplements I couldn’t follow - is turning him into IronMan. Between his smoke breaks.
But my 24 hour fasts, tallow/lard/ghee, and meat centric diet are gonna kill me any day now 🙄
