Rereading your initial post, I'll start again from your first question. Yes I would participate if rules and consequences were clear. 2nd. No. My time and knowledge is valuable and I need to provide for myself so from your basic question I can not provide things for free. 3rd. No. I would not build houses even if materials are free because my time is valuable to me and I want to eat.
