Converting Louder Than Ten to a worker co-op in 2020 broke my brain (like in a good way). We shut down in early 2024. I took some space and worked for a company I admired. After 2 years, I'm pumped to get back to building something that feels important and relevant to our world in 2026.

I've been obsessed with workplace democracy and the labour movement for the last 8+ years. Since LT10, I can't stop thinking about how to make it easier to start and run co-ops. It's way harder than it needs to be.

So that's what I'm doing. Designing bespoke ops and governance systems for democratic workplaces.
