Converting Louder Than Ten to a worker co-op in 2020 broke my brain (like in a good way). We shut down in early 2024. I took some space and worked for a company I admired. After 2 years, I'm pumped to get back to building something that feels important and relevant to our world in 2026.
I've been obsessed with workplace democracy and the labour movement for the last 8+ years. Since LT10, I can't stop thinking about how to make it easier to start and run co-ops. It's way harder than it needs to be.
So that's what I'm doing. Designing bespoke ops and governance systems for democratic workplaces.

My friend Tu does the best photo tours. Pick your medium format camera from his collection and take you through the streets of Saigon packed with history lessons, and stuff you will not learn in a normal tour. After that, you get to develop your shots in his studio. It's a must-do if you are in HCMC (I've done it twice).
My previous contract has ended.
It's been a good chapter but it's time to resharpen my edges and dig back into the things that matter most. Principles for 2026:

After 2 years living in SE Asia, these are my favourite places to skate:
Best parks:
- Bangkok (also best local skaters)
- South Bali (also best for finding Aussies)
Best street spots:
- Ho Chi Minh (also best for getting high fives)
- Hanoi (also best for finding a game of SKATE)
Best for cruising the streets:
- Singapore (also best for getting yelled at)
Best local skate community
- Everywhere. It's a common language. Bring a skateboard and you're in. Best travel hack for meeting locals across all cultures and classes.
