Well I'm not sure how much do you know about the rear earth minerals processing plants, but I'm still not convinced that the CO2 emissions are worse than the toxic waste of these plants.

So if the waste of nuclear energy is harmful, the waste of internal combustion engine is harmful and the waste of production for the solar panels and wind turbines are toxic.

Very clearly wind tourbines and solar power. They are renewable. You can reuse their compounds again and again. The mining problems are locally.
