why does it reward attention-grabbing noise more than competence?
Because violence monopolies distort ownership conditions?
Property depends on portability or independent supervision and defense. Most capital extends beyond these limits by placating social constructs that run on attention. Money inherently does too. Fix ownership to fix capitalism, if that makes sense.
