I've found the worst agitant of diaper rash is diaper wipes. Especially those with Aloe, even those without. The best way to clean a bum is with warm clean water. No soap, just water. Pat it dry with a hand towel. No more diaper rash. Soap can dry the skin and its overkill more than once or twice a day.
