Bitcoin treasuries track volume traded & assume 70% of all volume is ATM issuance (price is effectively capped at $100). The 70% comes from past STRC volume conversions & STRC volatility levels. The demand for STRC has changed in the last 2 weeks & I think the 70% ATM assumption is much closer to 95...
