modified my symetrical surfboard at marginal cost.

asym fins, quad setup, long basefrontside fin tuned for speed, up-right backside for control and moved forward. Rear toeside fin moved back and heelside slightly to the fromy! added some meat to the tosiede of the tail, planning to cut some meat from the heelside too. no new board.
surfed it in crappy conditions. completed turns I usually miss. two clean backside turns, real speed frontside. Fifteen years of body signal finally had geometry that didn't fight it.

same method i've been using for kite bars:
take the captured default. modify at marginal cost. (Bars have a fixed power ceiling, cloud by brm doesn't) What's fixed remains fixed and what should change changes in both cases)
test on the body. document. share open.

bitcoin did this too. didn't ask permission to replace
the captured default. didn't build a better bank.
ran in parallel, on cheap hardware, in public, until
the cost of ignoring it exceeded the cost of using it.
What should be pretty fixed money supply, what should change, non monetary goods market prices.

the pattern is the same:
don't compete with the captured object on its own terms. Modify what already exists, at marginal cost, in public, until the body or the network or the user confirms.

surfboards, kite bars, money. different objects.
same release move.
