I'm hearing this for the first time. Usually all the trolls talk about Europe's fragmentation, its complete dependence on the United States, and the relocation of all major German manufacturing to the U.S.

The main message that "Europe is decaying" is already perceived as a meme, and when I see photos from Germany posted by someone I know, I'll jokingly say that it's "decaying" or that "you can even feel freedom in the air there".
