Hmm, I need final paystub for 2023 from Paychex Flex, but since the company I worked for quit using them January 2024 and no longer has an employer number/code with them, I can log in employee-side still, but am unable to access my old paystubs that they held electronically. Is that something that AI could help with? Their customer service absolutely sucks... And unable even with verifying who I am, will not escalate or help at all! 😥
