What do they tell a newbie who decided to buy Bitcoin? Get yourself KYC'd here or there and buy?! But we hope you know that from that mome...
For smaller amounts @Mostro might be a solution. I haven‘t tried it yet. It is still on my todo-list. There is a community in Spain, that trades in EUR. BTC settlement is done in Lightning.
