I can only speak for myself but, I only mined with Ocean because they offered a selection of block templates to choose from. Now they took that away and forced everyone onto the knots template. So I took my hashrate elsewhere.
The % hashrate ocean controls is probably a decent estimate for how much bip110 will get.
