It depends on how you use it though. Where your thinking goes changes but for me I found that I have to think more, now that AI handles most of the manual stuff (web searches, collating data, etc)
I'm teaching at a university. The last couple of years I've witnessed how students are increasingly outsourcing their thinking/doing to these tools. I think most "normies" use it in a similar way.
