also all of the symptoms hint towards carbohydrate metabolic issues, especially mind fog and bloating. i also have pretty much all the same symptoms myself, and eliminating PUFA, fried carbs, cutting down on carbs, avoiding high fructose fruits, are all proving quite effective. the milk diet, which you may relate to due to your cultural millieu, might be something that helps you if you tolerate casein and lactose. i tolerate these well also, so they have been a bit of a beachhead for me to make progress at eliminating the problems.
