It’s time to re-introduce the discussion on Negative Income Tax.
I don’t know if it solves all the problems but it sounds a hell of a lot better than the current welfare system.
I assume they're working at least? I think both have to necessarily be immoral but at least the incentive wouldn't be to not work like it is in the US right now
