Is there any reason of holding this fork? Nodes voted and the majority was against. Am I missing something?
Yes, they are forking off because they fundamentally disagree with the spam issue on the main chain and so will create their own coin similar to 2017, when Roger Ver and Bitmain forked off their big block chain Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
