I'm currently building on that 🔨 'hard mode' myself with Hypha (https://hypha.earth) - a platform for decentralized, community-governed organizations.
I've been part of this journey since **2020**, evolving through major tech shifts:
• v1: #EmberJS foundation with #Telos Blockchain
• v2: Migrated to #VueJS + added #EOS blockchain integration
• v3: #NextJS on #Base (#Ethereum L2)
The main challenge I'm solving: Making complex DAO tools simple for users
Currently on the network there are 60+ spaces, 144 members, 400+ agreements. A living example of how to coordinate at scale with full transparency.
