Transformative trauma makes me sad. Through it there’s art and healing.
Manufactured trauma, yet, provokes anger. Through it there’s also art, but the toxins remain.
A lot in this journey has been about learning to know to tell the difference, discerning what to work on & what to let go, and surrendering to the leap eventually.
Until the concept itself dissolves altogether just like every other one - a stone washed up in the ocean, while not hanging on a particular wave - till it’s a gem.
