Of course, in the traditional sense, I could buy some goods at a farmers market stall with sending sats from my wallet to their wallet, if they accept Bitcoin.

But there isn't a dedicated Bitcoin POS that these businesses could use.

Steak N Shake is a dope pioneer with accepting Bitcoin (I wonder what POS they're using lol). Square is kinda there, but they custody your Bitcoin if you use it. Whereas, with Plaza BTC, you custody your own Bitcoin as the sats always land in your wallet. It's designed this way on purpose.
