So did you blind bake the crust the first time?

If not, for the second version, I would blind bake the crust at 350 deg F for 10-15 minutes

Then fill, then add topping.

And bake filled pie at 350 for 25 minutes, or until the fruit filling is bubbly and crust is golden.

375 seems high for baking.... ๐Ÿ™
