See, this seems like terminology that could be confirmed or refuted by reading the prospectus or whatever it's called for this instrument
I don't want to misrepresent Jack Mallers, but from what I recall he did and still found discrepancies. I recommend listening to him directly. But other than that I feel like it's all typical financial bullshit that I chose to avoid and anyone who didn't should blame themselves unless there's some fraudulent misrepresentation
