the 12 apostles were the first christians. also, this might be a bit controversial but i personally think that "jesus" is a role not a person. just like Father and Rabbi, and the romans concatenated it into a person. yes, someone died and was resurrected. yes someone raised lazarus. yes, all of the things. but "jesus" - yeshua - literally means "salvation" so "jesus is my salvation" is not really the same thing as "one man who was god died for us all" becomes "anyone who makes a sacrifice to push back the emperor is our personal jesus"

ok, you might hate me for that, but that's how i think about it now.

I don't hate people because they think differently than me. I would like to talk about it though, because the bible is very clear that it was one man, human and God at the same time, and it's only through believing in Him and confessing with our mouth that Jesus is LORD that we can enter into heave...
