Technically, no Christian was in the crowd, they were all Jews, as Christians didn't become a thing until after Christ.
But also, I wasn't trying to be literal, I was referring more to metaphorical...
the 12 apostles were the first christians. also, this might be a bit controversial but i personally think that "jesus" is a role not a person. just like Father and Rabbi, and the romans concatenated it into a person. yes, someone died and was resurrected. yes someone raised lazarus. yes, all of the things. but "jesus" - yeshua - literally means "salvation" so "jesus is my salvation" is not really the same thing as "one man who was god died for us all" becomes "anyone who makes a sacrifice to push back the emperor is our personal jesus"
ok, you might hate me for that, but that's how i think about it now.
