Are you concerned with the supposition that titanium dioxide is bad for gut lining integrity?
(I haven't researched this too deeply.)
I'm sticking with steel, cast iron, and enemaled steel.
It's not titanium dioxide.
Titanium oxide is the natural layer that builds up as a result of oxidation. They pre-oxidize (cure) it to establish that layer ahead of time. Doesn't leach as far as my research shows.
On stainless you get a chromium oxide layer.
