Sadly this is the fiat-first mindset. He's measuring the fiat value of today's 0.1BTC, being worth the fiat value of today's 1BTC "price", after the halving. These are the type of people who we Orange pill, but they don't truly get Bitcoin's purpose - and they fuck everything up to realize their gainz; suppressing price.
