Nostr quick fix that no one wants to do, looks like a shitpost but is probably real:

The major nostr clients shadowban all Bitcoin slogans, price chat, pfps, references, "memes", AI images, ai pfps, ai music.. etc etc for a year.

No one will actually do this tho obviously.

Yes. You will lose all the users who basically have been acting as a firewall to anyone outside of bitcointwitter joining.

The answer is groups. Like Reddit. Big social media filters out what you see based on algorithms that study you. If we don’t want to bring those to Nostr, we need a way to self-sort into silos. The obvious answer is moderated subs like (og) Reddit, ie groups.
