They came complaining it wasn't working one day and I took a look. Everything seemed fine at our end, but their firewall blocked pings so it was hard to check the link to them. However, nmap had this stealth mode that did a clever trick to detect open ports behind a firewall - so I sent them a list of open ports on their internal boxes to show the link worked...
