I can usually drop a hand and it gets filled. It wasn't like that 2 yrs ago. I had to treat them like people and now crouch down to talk to them.

That's awesome. I'm happy you've grown into the papa they need and were willing to be molded.
I just meant that it's kinda symbolic of how we have to balance respecting their individuality while never showing favoritism (super easy there because they're all friggin' awesome in their own way) and keeping them moving forward.
