Everywhere I've worked where you need hearing protection would not let you use these because you need to be able to still hear your environment somewhat so you're not allowed to play music ...
@reboot_brain yeah i'm mostly interested in them in situations such as motorcycle wind noise or shooting where you both need hearing protection but also need to be able to hear things. but specifically with motorcycles and some tactical stuff, helmets with EPS foam don't have enough space for active earpro, and tactical helmets basically sometimes just give up on protection around the ears for it. but I think some have ear covers
