Can you expand on this? I am familiar with the prisoner's dilemma. Are you saying that the "fiat game" is a prisoner's dilemma (with mutual defection as Nash equilibrium), whereas the "bitcoin game" has a Nash equilibrium for mutual cooperation? I'm fascinated by this, would love to know how you come up with the reward functions.
