This could actually be a great classroom exercise: connect with various schools at the same longitude as yours, but different latitudes. Meet on Zoom at noon, and everyone measures the shadow of a vertical stick on live cam; then notes are compared.

I agree, but the flip side I observed is that I remember vibe code "lessons" much less well than those I learned struggling the old fashioned way.

I think it makes sense to "debate"/counter opposing views, not necessarily to change the other person's mind (especially if they are not arguing in good faith), but for the benefit of third parties reading the conversation, some of whom while making up their own minds about the topic under discussion.
