Konqueror is really for people already running inside the KDE ecosystem; installing it on my non-KDE Debian system would pull in 188 (!) additional packages I don't want and would never use. Vivaldi is tempting, but I have a bias against closed-source that I'd have to get past. I did use Pale Moon for a while, but there were several things about it that irritated me and the community seemed unfriendly, so I switched back.
