It's insane how fiction has created such a strong picture of 'AI', to the point where nowadays the first questions asked when any machine learning system is revealed are always 'how do we prevent it from taking over the world' or 'what if it hates us', and never 'how do we prevent people from using it to evade accountability' and 'what if it harms marginalized groups'
