I've found that taking the following really helps me not to get sick:
10,000-20,000 IU Vitamin D3 (Works best if you also take Vitamin K2 and Magnesium. The K2 puts calcium in your bones and teeth i...
probably this is related to these nutrients you mention, but since shifting to a milk-dominated diet (probably about half of my diet or more is now milk) i also have not got sick very often - but i was sick from drinking a lot of wine, and prior to that, a year of drinking too much sucralose laced monster energy drinks put some serious damage into my kidneys and i'm still in recovery... looking forward to when i can have unpasteurised milk again, but the ones around here are not lactating at this time so much because of the cold weather.
of course, none of this applies if you have casein allergy or are lactose intolerant. in some cases different cow breeds or other dairy animals can fix this problem, my uncle was braindamaged by (probably nestle) cow based formula milk, caused him to have brain damage from the reaction, but goat milk did not cause this issue. I know A1 protein, friesian cows have a harder protein than jersey (A2) and the casein in sheep and goat milk is also milder. i am a big fan of sheep tho, more fat, but all types of animal milks contain extensive amounts of zinc, vitamin D and vitamin C, and one can actually live for a very long time, probably all of your life, just consuming only milk, nothing we need is missing.
that's why my display name is a reference to milk, btw. i got through a very tight situation with money by switching and i quickly remembered that it's always been my favourite food.
