Maybe because they care that their software works, and is not blasting them with AI overexplanation syndrome?

at my work. I stopped using IDE. i live in patches as I was 15 years ago. I like AI. I don't have to do boring stuff any more. And I don't even care what code it gerates. in 5 years llms will do machine code. good luck with reviewing that.
