I'm running WoT Relay from @utxo the webmaster 🧑💻 at wss://wot.shaving.kii and I'm very pleased with it. There is very minimal admin UX, but there is really not much to set. I know that you want to be whitelisting people, but tightly set WoT might be an easier equivalent to it.
