Women on average do tend to have "relational" rather than "individualist" or "collectivist" worldviews, and are very underrepresented among the highest levels of skill in every field of endeavor.
But the level of narcissism and solipcism you describe is very specific to the modern West. No going to deny elite-class women in other societies have it, but the merely-middleclass women elsewhere are not culturally-supported in totally ignoring consequences.
