sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
1) Anything in excess is bad.
2) A Sauna is probably killing a lot of your skin cells. This means your body is working overtime to re grow the cells. This is a path to skin cancer.
