I think we were cooking a big boy 4 lb roast at the time (or was it 6?), so it wasn't too crazy, but yeah, the occasional bite had unmistakable aftertaste of the peppers lol.
I only joke about he weather cuz I have a friend over there I spoke with recently, so I know it's extra cold these days.
